Crisis Leadership: Accelerating Economic Recovery
This course provides a foundation in crisis leadership and decision making through theory, local context of responsibilities, case studies, and application of community lifelines to support stabilization and restoration of lifelines and their components. The practical nature of this course will include discussion-based exercises to facilitate the implementation of the lifeline tool kit as a means to enhance decision making and accelerate economic recovery.
